Welcome to USC&A Event and Meeting Services. The Event and Meeting Services Office assists users in reserving facilities and arranging for other services. Event spaces, including audio-visual support, are available to registered student organizations, VCU departments, VCU Health Systems and, on a limited basis, non-University clients. VCU student organizations, VCU departments and VCU Health Systems can reserve space through Virtual EMS.
Important Announcement for Departmental Clients
Beginning July 1, 2017, some events sponsored by University departments will be charged for facility rental. Any activities that include students, such as graduation and award ceremonies, will not incur a charge. Other events, such as departmental or divisional meetings, will be charged.
